Dharma Discussion: Wednesday, September 28, 2016 The group will view Tara Brach's video “Radical Self-Honesty: The Joy of Getting Real (click the title to view the video) on Wednesday September 28 at 7:00 pm after a short sitting. Tara Brach is an American psychologist and proponent of Buddhist meditation. She is the senior teacher and founder of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington, D.C., a "spiritual community" that teaches and practices Vipassana meditation.
